General Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you accept these GTC. The GTC are a component of the purchase contract that you conclude with you are loved. The German content is decisive for the contract. By placing an order in our online shop, the contract comes into force with: you are loved - Streich, Oberer Chämletenweg 42f, 6333 Hünenberg See.
Our prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value-added tax at 7.7 %. Packaging and transport costs are shown separately when ordering. Our quoted prices are always subject to change. Our order confirmation alone serves as the contractual basis.We shall reserve the right to price changes and errors.
Import Taxes and Duty
Customers with shipping addresses outside of switzerland are responsible for all duties, import taxes etc. These are not included in the cost of shipping.Customs, duties and taxes vary widely from country to country.
We ship out of Switzerland. In general, we ship Mon to Fri at noon. Weekday orders till 11.30 AM are normally shipped out the same day with Swiss Post.
you are loved cannot be held liable for non-fulfilment or delayed fulfilment of the contract in the event of force majeure or an inability to deliver on the part of our suppliers and/or service providers. you are loved cannot be held liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns, exchanges, complaints
All you are loved products are selected with meticulous attention to detail and manufactured with high-quality workmanship. For all returns and/or exchanges, please contact us by e-mail first at email@example.com. Shipping costs are not refunded or canceld in the case of returns. Please report obvious defects of delivered products within 5 working days after you received the goods by email and with a picture (ipic) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also report hidden flaws and defects immediately. No Refunds for reduced items in sale.
Product images may, to a reasonable extent, differ in form and colour from the ordered/delivered products. Complaints relating to obvious defects and incorrect deliveries must be sent as soon as possible (but within 8 business days of receipt) with an ipic/picture to email@example.com.Shipping and handling costs for returns and replacements will not be reimbursed and are always invoiced. These will be charged in full including transport costs.
Place of jurisdiction
The legal relationship between the customer and you are loved is subject to Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of the Vienna Sales Convention.
