Handmade to Order
All our jewellery is handmade after you place your order. Please allow a production time of at least 5 business days before your order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping within Switzerland
Once completed, your order is sent by standard shipping within Switzerland. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping within Europe
Delivery takes 5–6 business days after dispatch. Customs duties and VAT are already included in the sales price, so there are no additional costs for you upon delivery.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times for countries outside Europe may vary. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply to deliveries outside Europe and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Handgefertigt auf Bestellung
Alle unsere Schmuckstücke werden nach deiner Bestellung von Hand gefertigt. Bitte rechne mit einer Produktionszeit von mindestens 5 Werktagen, bevor deine Bestellung versandt wird.
Versandkosten
Die Versandkosten werden dir im Checkout angezeigt, bevor du bestellst.
Versand Schweiz
Nach Fertigstellung wird deine Bestellung per Standardversand innerhalb der Schweiz verschickt. Die Lieferzeit nach dem Versand beträgt in der Regel 1–3 Werktage.
Versand Europa
Die Lieferzeit nach dem Versand beträgt 5–6 Werktage. Zölle und Mehrwertsteuer sind bereits im Verkaufspreis enthalten, es entstehen dir bei der Lieferung keine zusätzlichen Kosten.
Weltweiter Versand
Wir versenden weltweit. Die Lieferzeiten für Länder ausserhalb Europas können variieren. Bitte beachte, dass für Lieferungen ausserhalb Europas Zölle und Einfuhrsteuern anfallen können, die vom Käufer zu tragen sind.
Sendungsverfolgung
Nach dem Versand erhältst du eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail mit deiner Trackingnummer.
